Definizione del messaggio (Aiuto:Caricare una pubblicità)
Come per le fotografie ed i documenti per ogni scansione deve essere utilizzato un apposito testo wiki per inserire le informazioni nella pagina che è stato standardizzato per le varie tipologie di scansioni, in modo da essere coerente, facendo uso di un template ([[Template:AdsInfo]]) che consente una generazione automatica dei contenuti e delle classificazioni. Un esempio di questo testo è qualcosa come il seguente:
