where the words are separated by dashes and there are no spaces, and the last one, the description, generally relates to the pose of the pen in the photo and should try to stay within the 2 words (in CamelCase). The name must follow this rule, because photos of a single specific pen are identified by the name of the photo down to the last "-".  This prefix then must be an identical for all photos of the same pen. Take care to check that there are no different pens with the same name (this do not matters only when there are two  identical exemplars of the same model).

Please also note that the wiki code that you can associate to insert the information in the page of each image (what is asked when you upload in the text field, "File Details") has also been standardized for the various types of images, so as to be consistent, and use a series of templates that allow an automatic generation of content and classifications.
