<noinclude></noinclude>Azienda tedesca. Marchio usato dalla ''Füllhalter-Fabrik Gerlach & Bezner'' con sede a Lipsia (LEIPZIG und PARDUBITZ). Attiva almeno dagli anni '40 (da lettera su Ebay del 10/12/1940). Dopo l'esproprio nazista della [[J.Brod]] ne occupò gli impianti produttivi. L'attività finì con il passaggio della ditta alla nazionalizzazione fatta nel [[1945]] dopo l'occupazione sovietica e venne adottato il marchio [[Penco]], ma il marchio ''Imperial'' sopravvisse fino al [[1950]], quando venne completamente eliminato dai listini.

After the expropriation of J.Brod by the Nazi it took their production facilities. The activity ended with the transition to the nationalization of the company made in 1945, after the Soviet occupation when the adopted brand was Penco, but the brand "Imperial" survived until 1950 when it was completely eliminated from catalogs.
