Per i nomi dei file si è adottata la seguente convenzione, che ne facilita l'identificazione e la ricerca nella galleria delle immagini generata automaticamente a [[:Category:Testi_Libreria_Condivisa|questo indirizzo]], con nomi nella forma:

CognomeAutore-Qualche-Componente-Titolo-Vol-Ed.djvu
</pre>
cercando di non esagerare nella lunghezza cosa che rende complicato riutilizzare il nome del wiki. Il nome infatti deve solo servire ad identificare univocamente il file dando una idea di cosa contiene, i dati completi sono gestiti all'interno della pagina del file stesso, nel testo wiki che questa deve contenere.
