Definizione del messaggio (Aiuto:Caricare una pubblicità)

Come per le fotografie ed i documenti per ogni scansione deve essere utilizzato un apposito testo wiki per inserire le informazioni nella pagina che è stato standardizzato per le varie tipologie di scansioni, in modo da essere coerente, facendo uso di un template ([[Template:AdsInfo]]) che consente una generazione automatica dei contenuti e delle classificazioni. Un esempio di questo testo è qualcosa come il seguente:

|Data = Data, se nota (formato ISO, cioè AAAA-MM-GG)
|Giornale = Giornale su cui è pubblicata (ex. La Domenica del Corriere)

|Oggetto = Tipo di oggetto pubblicitario, come adesivo, cartolina, ecc. (vedi il [[:Template:OggettoAds|relativo template]])
|Ritocchi = Se è stata ritoccata (mettere solo se "yes")
|Note_it = Una breve descrizione in italiano (testo libero anche su più righe, inserire dati semantici dell'eventuale modello)
|Note_en = Una breve descrizione in inglese
|Sede = Indirizzo della sede riportato
|Tema = Una o più etichette "tematiche", separate da virgole
|Slogan = Slogan usato nella pubblicità
