<noinclude></noinclude>La ''Perop'' venne fondata a Praga nel [[1939]] da quattro persone fra cui Emil Kroutl, uno dei tre fratelli fondatori della [[Ripet]] e František Zeman che lavorava per la stessa ditta come ragioniere. L'azienda rimase attiva fino all'ingresso nell'allora Cecoslovacchia del regime comunista nel [[1948]].
