Il marchio ''Europa'' è riportato sia sulla penna ed anche, dal [[1935]] sul pennino (in precedenza i pennini erano marcati ''"Warranted"''). Secondo quanto ricostruito da Paolo Enrico Demuro<ref>in [https://issuu.com/foolishmagazinebypennamania/docs/foolish_3_300dpi_online_issuu un articolo] su Foolish Magazine.</ref> esso, non essendo stato registrato (non risulta infatti nel database dei marchi storici dell'Archivio Centrale dello Stato) sarebbe stato utilizzato in condivisione da Luigi Diani, [[Cesare Marinai]] e dalla [[Fratelli Cavaliere]].
