The site follows some general conventions regarding the images (either photographs or scans) that are uploaded, to allow a classification and a generic ordering. For this reason, the page of each image, which is created automatically when you upload a file, has a standardized content. As with ordinary pages, the easiest way to set the content is to copy a page of the same type already present on the site.

Le varie immagini infatti sono state raggruppate in maniera omogenea a secondo del soggetto; le foto di penne sono da inserire nella categoria [[:Categoria:Foto|Foto]], le scansioni di libretti di istruzioni, foglietti di garanzia e di istruzione nella categoria [[:Categoria:Istruzioni|Istruzioni]] e le scansioni di pubblicità nella categoria [[:Categoria:Pubblicità|Pubblicità]], le foto relative a riparazioni nella categoria [[:Category:Foto Riparazioni|Foto Riparazioni]].

The various images have been grouped in a homogeneous way according to the subject; the photos of pens are to be included in the category [[:Category:Photos|Photos]], the scans of instruction manuals, warranty and instruction sheets in the category [[:Category:Instructions|Instructions]] and the scans of advertising in the category [[:Category:Ads|Ads]], the photos related to repairs in the category [[:Category:Foto Riparazioni|Photo Repairs]].

Altrettanti criteri sono stati adottati per l'inserimento di documenti in formati PDF o DJVU, come quelli usati per le pagine dei [[Brevetti]] o per i testi di calligrafia della [[Libreria Condivisa]], pertanto a seconda del tipo di file che si sta caricando si consultino poi le ulteriori pagine:
